Recently I went to a class about writing your life stories. I wanted to share with you one way I learned to keep from drawing a blank when you want to write about a life experience. Sometimes I feel like I need 4 blank walls, pen and paper, a remote island, and a lock to be able to focus and come up with my own thoughts and ideas. A place that I can fill my mind from within rather than from what I am consuming on a screen, listening to, or even driving down the road. Today I found my space. My 4 blank walls.
